Senior Management Accountant

Join EIP's Finance team as it goes through a period of development; leveraging the latest tools and systems to enhance our Finance operations. This is a senior role within the EIP Finance function, ideal for an experienced finance professional ready to take ownership of UK financial reporting. Working with the senior management, you will oversee all aspects of the UK and parts of the consolidated group management accounts, budgeting, and audit delivery, while driving process improvements and supporting finance transformation projects. You will combine strong technical skills with commercial awareness, providing accurate, insightful financial information to support strategic decision-making. • Proven experience as a qualified accountant with experience in a similar senior accounting role within professional services, delivering management and statutory reporting, with a focus on UK management accounts.
• An operational mindset with a strong focus on finance ops and process improvement.
• The ability to operate comfortably with the complexities of multi-jurisdictional clients and offices.

To Stand Out You Will Also Have

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills allowing you to be a credible advisor to Boards, Partners, banks, auditors and tax advisors.
• Experience supporting a new system implementation.
• A keen interest in (and possibly some experience with) how technology, including AI, can be leveraged within a Finance function.
