The organization aims to provide leading UK brands with new customers through face-to-face acquisitions. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Eminence Org in Birmingham. As a Direct Sales Specialist we will be responsible for communication with customers face to face, providing excellent customer service, sales activities, training, and sales management to drive business growth. We work on a performance basis where we strive to exceed our clients targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Training skills for team development
  • Ability to work effectively in a face-to-face sales environment
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Knowledge of marketing principles
  • Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field but not required.
