Test Automation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer who can hit the ground running and help transition from manual to automated testing.

You will work on a web-based application within a mature automation framework, collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality software. This role requires strong technical skills in WebdriverIO and JavaScript, along with the ability to design, implement, and showcase automated test cases.

The position requires on-site work for 3 days per week.Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to enhance the existing automation framework for web applications
• Develop and execute automated test cases using WebDriverIO and JavaScript
• Showcase test case creation and provide coding examples during the interview process
• Contribute to the reporting and documentation of test automation results
• Assist in performance and load testing for SOAP and web-based services
• Work closely with team members to ensure seamless integration and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Proven experience in QA automation, with a strong focus on transitioning from manual to automated testing
• Ability to build and maintain a comprehensive test suite
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trade lifecycle

Nice to have

• Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium and Playwright
• Familiarity with WebDriverIO and JavaScript
• Experience in performance and load testing for SOAP and web-based services
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts effectively
