We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly scaling learning technology company on a mission to transform how the world learns. With millions of users globally, they aren't just delivering digital learning - they are creating moments of genuine transformation for organizations worldwide. They are pivoting to a high-growth ARR model and need a Sales Hunter who doesn't just hit targets but genuinely loves the thrill of the chase. This is not a role for "order-takers." We need a sophisticated seller who wakes up energized by revenue challenges and can manage complex, multi-stakeholder conversations with C-Suite leaders and L&D Directors. The Role You will own the entire sales cycle, from strategic detective work to closing the deal.
- Strategic Hunting: You will build a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities, executing targeted campaigns via social selling and cold outreach
- Digital Mastery: You are comfortable on camera. You will deliver engaging webinars and product demos that wow the audience. You can customize a demo like a master chef tailors a menu
- Complex Closing: You will navigate complex B2B sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, negotiating contracts for deals typically exceeding £50k
- Consultative Influence: You will influence with authenticity, whether chatting with a training manager or presenting to a CEO
RequirementsThis Job Is For You If...
- You are an Expert: You have 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of ARR achievement
- You Know the Sector: Experience selling Learning Technology (LMS, e-learning) or HR Tech is strongly preferred. You understand the landscape
- You are a "Social Seller": You see LinkedIn not as a chore, but as your professional playground
- You are Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in HubSpot (or similar CRM) and value good data hygiene
- You are Willing to Travel: You are happy to travel (:25%) for client meetings and industry conferences, while ideally being based in South Wales/M4 Corridor for team collaboration
