  • Work to ERIKS UK & I HSEQ policies and procedures.
  • Report timekeeping throughout the job process, in line with ERIKS UK & I policies and procedures.
  • Develop, inspire, mentor, and evaluate the engineering team
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching
  • Prepare technical requirements and EOS specifications including job costing and value add components.
  • Active participation in the Golden hour calls and visits ≥ company targets.
  • Support other job functions as requested by Engineering Manager, including site work, and operating in other engineering workshops.
  • Active participation in on call rota, shift working and overtime requests to ensure service levels are maintained.
  • 1-2-1 reviews with direct reports as per company guideline mid and end of year reviews.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practice within the engineering teams.

Hours of Work: Mon to Thurs - 08:00 - 4:30pm Fri - 08:00am - 03.30pm 39 Hours per week 30 minute break Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:

  • Completed formal training. E.g. Indentured apprenticeship, NVQ’s, BTEC’s or relevant experience etc.
  • CCNSG, IOSH
  • Leadership & People Management
  • Leadership and decision making
  • Ability to work within a team and problem solve.
  • IT Literate, e.g. use of tablets and associated software.
  • Ability to communicate both written and oral.
  • Customer / Client focused.
