We're looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven individual to join a fast-growing UK clean technology manufacturer helping decarbonise home heating.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in developing and supporting a regional installer network for an innovative, UK-manufactured heating technology that's transforming how homes are heated.

You'll enjoy real autonomy, direct access to senior leadership and the chance to help shape how the installer network develops as the business continues to grow.

Whether you're already working in renewables, heating, HVAC or a related technical sales environment, or you're looking to bring transferable relationship-building skills into an exciting growth sector, we'd love to hear from you.

Where You'll Be Based:

We're looking for candidates located along the M4/M3 corridor, broadly covering:

  • Berkshire
  • North Hampshire
  • Surrey
  • Northern West Sussex

Including areas such as:

  • Swindon
  • Reading
  • Wokingham
  • Basingstoke
  • Guildford
  • Winchester
  • Petersfield
  • Horsham
  • Haywards Heath

This location is important to ensure easy access to both the Wokingham headquarters and installer partners across the region.

The Role:

This is a relationship-focused position centred around supporting installer partners and helping them successfully convert opportunities into completed projects.

You'll take ownership of qualified opportunities as they move through the sales process, working closely with installers to maximise conversion rates while identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand installer coverage across your territory.

Alongside developing existing installer relationships, you'll help identify growth opportunities, support installers with product knowledge and play a key role in the continued expansion of the regional network.

Full product and technical training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage qualified opportunities through to successful installer completion
  • Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with installer partners
  • Analyse installer performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates
  • Support installers with product and technical guidance following in-house training
  • Identify and onboard new installer partners where required
  • Expand installer coverage within underserved areas of the territory
  • Represent the company at installer meetings, training sessions and events
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Contribute to wider commercial opportunities as the business continues to grow

What Success Looks Like:

  • Growing an engaged, high-performing installer network across your region
  • Supporting installers to convert more opportunities into completed sales
  • Increasing regional coverage and market presence
  • Becoming a trusted partner to installers and stakeholders
  • Helping accelerate the adoption of low-carbon heating technology

About you:

You may currently work in sales, account management, business development, customer success, technical support or a customer-facing commercial role.

Most importantly, you're someone who:

  • Builds relationships naturally
  • Enjoys working with people
  • Has an interest in renewable energy and low-carbon technologies
  • Is comfortable working autonomously
  • Enjoys learning technical products
  • Thrives in a growing business environment

Essential:

  • Experience in a sales, account management or customer-facing commercial role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Based within the M4/M3 corridor region
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the territory

Desirable:

Experience within one or more of the following sectors:

  • Heating
  • Heat Pumps
  • HVAC
  • Plumbing & Heating Merchants
  • Renewables
  • EV Charging
  • Utilities
  • Energy Services
  • Building Products

However, candidates with strong transferable skills from other sectors will also be considered.

Why Join?

  • Join a rapidly growing UK clean technology manufacturer
  • Opportunity to influence and shape the role
  • Strong support from senior leadership
  • Significant growth potential as the business expands
  • Help drive the transition to low-carbon heating across the UK
