• Experience: 8-10 years, preferably Agile-Scrum methodologies.
• Certifications: CSM preferred.
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence.
• Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Manage project scope and timelines.
• Remove impediments and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Promote collaboration and high-quality delivery.
• Focus: Servant leadership, team facilitation;
• Key Duties:
• Work with Product Owners to define "done" and manage delivery plans.
• Enable cross-functional cooperation and remove blockers.
• Track sprint progress and facilitate retrospectives.
• Foster team creativity and continuous improvement.
• Skills-&-Qualities
• Soft Skills: Prioritisation, planning, stakeholder alignment, budget control.
• Agile Duties:
• Facilitate all Scrum events.
• Encourage multiskilling and protect teams from external disruptions.
