Business Development Sales – Sales & Product Launch (New Offering)

About Falcon:

Falconedge/Falcon Investment Management is a specialist hedge fund platform that partners with emerging and established managers to help them scale efficiently. We provide regulatory infrastructure, operational support, and seed capital solutions through innovative models — including our flagship first-loss program.

Role Overview:

We are launching an innovative new product designed for the hedge fund and alternative investment community, and we are looking for an experienced and commercially minded professional to help us find and engage potential clients. The focus of this role is to identify hedge funds that would benefit from our services and initiate conversations that convert into long-term relationships.

You will work closely with the founding team to shape our targeting and outreach strategy. This is a client-facing role suited to someone with a background in capital introduction, fund platforms, prime brokerage or hedge fund advisory.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, well connected, and excited to help build a new offering in the alternatives space.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the go-to-market strategy for a new Falcon product offering
  • Identifying and researching prospective clients (hedge funds, traders, allocators, service providers)
  • Reaching out to warm and cold leads via email, LinkedIn, and calls
  • Helping craft and refine sales decks, one-pagers, and outreach content
  • Assisting with onboarding new client leads and managing CRM workflows
  • Preparing market intelligence reports and competitor analysis
  • Sitting in on strategy meetings and contributing to sales planning discussions
  • Supporting day-to-day coordination of the product rollout

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Naturally curious, commercially minded.
  • Comfortable speaking with professionals in the hedge fund and finance space
  • Able to think on your feet, adapt quickly, and take ownership of tasks
  • Prior sales, business development, or finance experience
