Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Land and Development Manager located in Swansea. The Land and Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing site and land development processes, conducting feasibility studies, managing budgets, and coordinating homebuilding projects. The role will involve evaluating land opportunities, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, the individual will work closely with various stakeholders including engineers, architects, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Site Development and Land Development
• Ability to conduct Feasibility Studies
• Proficiency in Budgeting
• Knowledge of Homebuilding processes
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
• Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
