The Opportunity

I am hiring a Social Media Manager to take ownership of the content function across my ecosystem of brands.

This is an opportunity to play a central role in shaping and scaling a fast-growing personal brand through standout content, smart strategy and consistent visibility.

At its core, the role is about creating work that cuts through, content that builds cultural relevance, strengthens commercial value and turns momentum into long-term growth.

You won’t just be managing posts.

You’ll be helping build the engine behind it.

This role sits at the heart of everything, driving ideas, structuring execution and helping scale a fast-moving, ambitious platform across my personal brand, brand partnerships, CAROE and Forest Colard.

The focus is simple:

  • Build the processes 
  • Drive consistency
  • Run the content operation
  • Coordinate content collaborators 
  • Elevate quality
  • Turn content into commercial outcomes

The role will begin as a 3-month build phase, focused on creating structure, processes and repeatable systems that drive the production of quality content, with the intention of evolving into a long-term role with real ownership.

If done well, this role becomes a fundamental part of how everything grows.

‘Tunde Ogunsina Group’ is a connected ecosystem of brands operating across content, culture and commerce.

At the centre is my personal platform, a fast-growing content engine spanning fashion, fitness, lifestyle, travel and entrepreneurship. It drives audience growth, brand storytelling and the delivery of high-value partnerships.

Surrounding this are a number of ventures, including:

  • Tunde Ogun IG — personal brand and primary growth platform
  • Brand partnerships — including ongoing editorial and commercial collaborations
  • Caroe — a next-generation padel brand bridging sport and lifestyle
  • Forest Colard — influencer and cultural marketing agency
  • Tunde’s Home — an emerging lifestyle and home platform

Together, these form a joined-up ecosystem powered by content, storytelling and community.

We are now building the engine behind it.

Scope of Role

You will oversee and manage content across all social accounts that form the 'Tunde Ogunsina Group' ecosystem.

While the role spans multiple platforms and brands, they are all connected through my personal brand, audience and wider ecosystem, meaning the work is joined-up, culturally aligned and strategically connected, rather than operating like a traditional multi-client agency role.

What You’ll Be Responsible For1. Content & Platform Strategy (Core Responsibility)

  • Define and evolve the content and platform strategy across Tunde’s personal brand and wider ecosystem
  • Identify what content should be created, where it should live and how it should perform across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms
  • Ensure all content aligns with clear goals, from audience growth and engagement to brand positioning and commercial opportunities
  • Define a clear, joined-up content direction that balances organic storytelling with brand partnerships and paid work
  • Set platform priorities, ensuring each channel is used intentionally and supports overall growth and positioning
  • Anticipate and avoid conflicts across brand partnerships (e.g. competitors, exclusivity windows, timing clashes)
  • Continuously assess what is working and refine the strategy to improve performance, relevance and impact

2. Content Operations & Execution (Core Responsibility)

  • Own and run the full content pipeline, ensuring ideas are consistently turned into executed, high-quality output across all platforms
  • Manage content calendars, timelines and scheduling across all platforms and workstreams
  • Ensure content is delivered on time and in line with brand commitments, campaigns and key moments
  • Coordinate shoots, edit timelines, feedback loops and approvals to keep everything moving efficiently
  • Maintain clear visibility across all live and upcoming content, ensuring nothing is missed or delayed
  • Manage posting schedules across platforms, ensuring consistency without overloading or clashing content
  • Take ownership of day-to-day prioritisation and execution, reducing reliance on Tunde across content delivery
  • Build and maintain simple systems and processes that improve organisation, speed and consistency

3. Brand & Commercial Alignment

  • Ensure all content supports and strengthens brand partnerships, campaign deliverables and long-term positioning
  • Manage alignment across multiple brand relationships, avoiding conflicts (e.g. competitors, exclusivity windows, timing clashes)
  • Work closely with Tunde to prioritise the right commercial opportunities and integrate them seamlessly into the content plan
  • Oversee the execution of branded content, ensuring it meets both creative standards and client expectations
  • Identify ways to maximise the commercial value of content, from how it’s positioned to how it’s delivered across platforms

4. Systems & Process Building (Critical)

  • Design and implement simple, effective systems that allow content to run smoothly without constant founder input
  • Build workflows across the full content lifecycle, from planning and filming through to editing, approvals, posting and reporting
  • Improve how content is organised, tracked and delivered across multiple projects and platforms
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and gaps, and fix them quickly
  • Continuously refine processes to increase speed, consistency and quality of output

5. Creative & Content Direction

  • Work closely with Tunde to shape strong, relevant and engaging content ideas
  • Develop repeatable formats, series and concepts that support growth and consistency
  • Create clear, high-quality briefs for videographers and editors
  • Maintain a strong sense of taste and ensure all content meets a consistent creative standard
  • Ensure content feels platform-native, culturally relevant and aligned with Tunde’s voice and positioning

6. Team & Talent Coordination

  • Act as the central point of coordination across all content collaborators
  • Manage videographers, editors and freelancers to ensure smooth delivery across all projects
  • Clearly communicate briefs, expectations and feedback to maintain alignment on creative direction
  • Ensure all contributors understand deliverables, timelines and priorities
  • Remove bottlenecks and keep production moving efficiently across multiple workstreams

7. Performance & Growth

  • Track and analyse key performance metrics across platforms, including engagement, reach, inbound leads and audience growth
  • Translate performance data into clear actions that improve content, strategy and output
  • Identify what is working and double down on high-performing formats, ideas and approaches
  • Support the creation of content that drives inbound opportunities, brand partnerships and revenue
  • Continuously optimise content and platform strategy to improve overall growth and impact

What We’re Looking ForNon-Negotiables

  • 3+ years’ experience in social media, content or creator-led environments, or directly building a personal brand across digital platforms
  • Proven experience managing high-volume content output across multiple platforms
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, including formats, trends and platform behaviour
  • Strong instinct for what good content looks like, with the ability to maintain quality consistently
