Administrative Officer — Part-Time | Temp (12 Weeks)

A well-established organisation within the children's and family services sector is looking for an experienced Administrative Officer to provide cover on a part-time basis (16 hours per week, 2 days).

This is a temporary assignment running from late February to late May 2026, based on-site at a community-facing service location.

The role:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative and office support across the team
  • Preparing and presenting reports and information in various formats for different audiences
  • Liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders to coordinate key activities
  • Managing priorities and delivering tasks to agreed quality and timescales
  • Supporting the wider team with professionalism, tact and diplomacy

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or business support role
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and working within a networked IT environment
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Experience liaising with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority

  • Location: on-site in Ebington
  • Hours: 16 per week
  • Duration: Approx. 12 weeks
  • IR35 Status: Inside
  • Rate: £16.25/hr (umbrella)
