New Build Property Manager

Central London | Monday to Friday | 9:30am - 6:00pm An established and expanding international property firm is seeking an experienced New Build Property Manager with a strong background in maintenance-led residential management to join its Central London team. This role suits a property professional who is technically confident, detail-focused, and comfortable managing maintenance-intensive portfolios where quality, responsiveness, and standards are paramount. The environment is fast-paced but structured, with robust systems and trusted contractor relationships in place to support consistent delivery. You will take ownership of a residential portfolio with a particular emphasis on maintenance oversight, issue resolution, and building performance, acting as a trusted point of contact for landlords, tenants, and internal teams. The Role

• Day-to-day management of a residential portfolio with a strong maintenance focus
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants on property-related matters
• Overseeing reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance
• Managing and instructing approved contractors, ensuring quality and accountability
• Assessing maintenance issues, prioritising works, and ensuring cost-effective outcomes
• Overseeing statutory compliance including Gas Safety, EICR, EPCs, and alarms
• Reviewing quotes, managing budgets, and authorising works
• Conducting regular inspections with detailed condition and snagging reports
• Working closely with internal teams to maintain a consistent, high-standard service

The Person

• Proven experience in residential property management with strong maintenance exposure
• Technically confident and comfortable handling complex maintenance matters
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident, professional communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Commercially aware and solutions-focused
