This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven Finance Director to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial performance, strategy and future growth of a successful UK manufacturing business. We are seeking an accomplished Regional Finance Director to be based in Dudley, West Midlands, and provide strategic financial leadership across multiple UK operations, driving transformational change, performance, governance, operational excellence and business transformation.
The Role
As Regional Finance Director, you will lead the finance function across multiple UK sites, ensuring strong financial control, consistent processes and commercial insight that supports growth and profitability. You will develop and execute regional financial strategy, lead budgeting and forecasting, drive EBITDA and cash performance, provide commercial insight, develop high-performing teams, ensure governance and compliance, and support business transformation initiatives.
We are looking for a proven Regional Finance Director with manufacturing, engineering or industrial sector experience. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with significant multi-site leadership experience, strong strategic capability, excellent stakeholder management skills and a track record of driving change, transformation and business performance. Experience of leading an ERP implementation is also highly desirable.
