Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sales Representative based in Southwark. The role involves generating leads, managing client accounts, and negotiating contracts alongside providing excellent customer service. The daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, and keeping client databases updated. Candidates will also contribute to strategies for improving sales processes and collect customer feedback to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in verbal and written communication, relationship management, and customer service
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and close deals effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems, record-keeping, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet sales goals
• Self-motivated with eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
