We are seeking an experienced MRICS or FRICS Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of complex construction projects from inception through to final account. This is a senior, client‑facing position offering the opportunity to shape projects, mentor others and contribute to the long‑term growth of the business.

The Role

• Delivery of pre‑ and post‑contract Quantity Surveying services
• Cost planning, value engineering and commercial risk management
• Contract administration under JCT and NEC forms of contract
• Management of variations, valuations and final accounts
• Acting as the primary commercial lead and trusted advisor to clients
• Mentoring and supporting the development of junior surveyors

About You

• MRICS or FRICS qualified
• Strong knowledge of UK construction contracts (JCT / NEC)
• Proven experience delivering complex or high‑value projects
• Commercially astute with excellent client‑facing and leadership skills
• Motivated to progress towards Associate Director level responsibility
