Job Description We're looking for a Creative Lead to shape how Gousto shows up. Reporting to the VP Marketing, this role sits within the Customer team, you'll work across the business to ensure our creative output is bold, engaging, and commercially impactful. In this role, you'll lead a talented team of 14 designers, photographers, copywriters, and content creators, delivering work that truly connects with our customers. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution, shaping the brand experience across every touchpoint. Core Responsibilities

  • Define the creative vision: Evolve Gousto's brand expression across all touchpoints, making our work instantly recognisable, distinctive, and impactful
  • Translate strategy into creative solutions: Turn brand strategy, customer insights, and campaign data into actionable, inspiring creative that drives results
  • Lead and grow your team: Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration, high standards of craft, and a culture of curiosity and innovation
  • Oversee delivery excellence: Guide internal teams and agency/production partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative at pace
  • Drive innovation and efficiency: Implement scalable workflows, modular templates, and AI-enabled tools to enhance ideation and execution
  • Collaborate across the business: Partner with Marketing, Product, Food, and Acquisition teams to ensure creative work supports broader business goals
  • Measure and refine impact: Use performance data and customer insights to continuously improve creative output and maximise brand and commercial results
  • Shape brand culture externally and internally: Represent Gousto creatively with partners, agencies, and stakeholders, and help build a center of excellence for creative across the business

Who You Are

  • A senior creative who turns briefs into bold, memorable ideas across multiple channels
  • Comfortable leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, photographers, videographers, copywriters, and external agencies
  • Curious and forward-thinking, when it comes to the application of AI and marketing automation to enhance creative ideation and scale execution
  • A strong communicator who builds trust and inspires teams across the business
  • Passionate about shaping brand culture, championing creativity, and creating work that excites both customers and colleagues
