Learning Support Assistant IN A SEN SCHOOL We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our specialist SEN school in Havering. This Learning Support Assistant role involves supporting SEN children aged 11-19, ensuring they have the guidance, structure, and encouragement they need. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored interventions. Our centre in Havering is committed to high-quality education and training that equips young people with essential life skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to SEN students aged 11-19.
• Assist with classroom tasks, adapted lessons, and personalised learning plans.
• Support students with communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
• Work alongside teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to deliver tailored interventions.
