The Account Manager monitors sales results, analyzes performance data, and implements action plans to achieve and exceed targets. They coordinate training and coaching for in-store teams, support new product launches, and ensure exceptional customer experience aligned with Guerlain’s luxury positioning. The role also involves regular reporting, collaboration with internal headquarters teams, and proactive identification of commercial opportunities in the local market.

  • Understanding of or strong interest in luxury beauty, fragrance, and skincare, ideally with prior experience in a similar sector.
  • Ability to work on-site in Edinburgh, with flexibility to be present in stores during key trading periods, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency with standard office and retail systems (e.g., MS Office, POS reporting tools); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in account management, retail management, or field sales; a qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
