Are you an Experienced Senior Manager or Director looking for a rare opportunity to be Managing Partner of an Established SME Accounting Practice that was founded over 50 years ago in London?

We are working with the current Managing Partner of such a Practice who is going through its fastest growth trajectory ever thanks to becoming a recent Member of a Top 10 Global Accounting network.

The firm has 40 staff, 7 figure turnover, with over 250 clients including multinationals with over £40 million in annual revenues. The current Managing Partner is due to retire in the next 2-3 years and wants to hire a leader that will have a path to be Managing Partner of the firm.

This will include leading a talented team from in Audit, Accounts, and Tax which has low attrition and high performers in it. You will also have a board position in a Global Top 10 network and be able to attract multinational clients looking to launch or grow their businesses in the UK.

You must be at least a Senior Manger or Director in either a UK Sub Top 50 Practice, or a Small Independent Firm, or have trained and spent years in this environment. You must have dealt with individuals, OMBs, and SME clients in Audit, with a strong appreciation of Accounts Preparation, and Tax for these types of clients.

It is preferable you are an ICAEW RI, but this can be supported if you can achieve this status in 6-7 months as part of being a signing, Partner.

You will have quick access to Equity and Buy-In in an independent and stable LLP that is not looking to be PE backed.

You will have the opportunity to shape and grow the team, its values and purpose, and with the help of the Global network treble revenues in the next 3-5 years in this unprecedented time of growth for the practice. You will also have significant investment to grow the brand, hire staff, and even buy other UK Accounting Practices/Consulting Firms to leverage my client’s ambitious expansion plans

This will lead to the opportunity to earn £400k Packages in just a few years and lead the direction thereafter as a Managing Partner.

At least 10 years UK experience is essential, and my client cannot offer sponsorship for this role
