We're recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex ICT systems and transformation projects within a major public health organisation in Northern Ireland. This is a high-impact role ideal for professionals with a strong background in digital strategy, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement. You'll be responsible for managing multi-stakeholder programmes, overseeing budgets, and ensuring successful implementation of innovative technology solutions.💼

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of ICT projects exceeding £100,000 using PRINCE2 and public sector project management standards.
• Develop and implement ICT strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver digital solutions.
• Manage procurement processes, contractual agreements, and project governance.
• Oversee project budgets, reporting, and post-project evaluations.
• Support change management and business readiness for new technologies.

🎯 Essential Criteria

• A relevant degree or 5+ years' experience in project management within a major organisation.
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing teams and leading complex ICT projects.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Broad technical knowledge and awareness of emerging technologies.

• Knowledge of HSC data standards and the healthcare modernisation agenda.
