Business Analyst

We're working with a leading edge technical consultancy driving massive organizational transformation on this exciting opportunity. Are you a change-maker ready to spearhead a high-impact integration programme? We are looking for a hybrid Business Analyst and Change Specialist to unify four major customer experience teams using data-driven insights and world-class internal communications. You will leverage tools like SharePoint and MS Teams to bridge the gap between technical delivery and people-focused transformation. The Role

• Lead the CEX Unity programme by developing change impact assessments and detailed stakeholder maps to ensure seamless business readiness.
• Architect and deliver high-energy engagement activities, including workshops, town halls, and feedback loops to drive the adoption of new ways of working.
• Support the Project Manager and People Partners by distilling complex technical project milestones into engaging, user-friendly communication packs.
• Monitor real-time employee sentiment via EMPS and verbatim feedback to pivot change strategies and ensure long-term cultural embedding.
• Manage content calendars and communication timelines across SharePoint, Yammer, and internal email platforms to keep 100+ stakeholders aligned.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Change Specialist within high-stakes business transformation or integration programmes.
• Exceptional storytelling and technical writing skills, with a track record of tailoring complex messaging for diverse leadership and operational audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365, specifically SharePoint, Yammer, and MS Teams for collaboration and content management.
• Solid understanding of Organisation Design (OD) principles and Employee Experience (EX) frameworks to drive cultural change.
• Strong facilitation skills with the confidence to lead workshops and manage senior stakeholder expectations effectively.
