Growth Account Manager - BI & Financial SAAS | £55,000 - £70,000 We're working with a leading enterprise SaaS platform specializing in high-performance analytics on this exciting opportunity. After a record-breaking 12 months, this market leader is expanding their growth accounts team to keep pace with soaring demand for their Business Intelligence and Financial solutions. This role puts you at the heart of the Manufacturing, Distribution, and Retail sectors, acting as a trusted advisor to help major clients unlock value through data-driven financial insights and ERP integration. The Role
- Manage and scale a high-value portfolio of existing accounts within the Manufacturing, Distribution, and Retail verticals.
- Act as a strategic advisor, mapping out complex organizational structures to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for additional BI and Financial modules.
- Develop and execute detailed account plans focused on customer ROI, long-term retention, and software adoption.
- Lead consultative sales cycles within a fast-paced SaaS environment, navigating quick turnaround deals without sacrificing relationship quality.
- Collaborate with internal product and success teams to ensure client objectives are met and exceeded through the SaaS platform.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of proven SaaS sales experience, specifically within Business Intelligence (BI), Financials, or ERP software environments.
- A stellar track record in Account Management or Account Development, ideally managing £1M+ portfolios.
- Deep domain expertise in the Manufacturing, Distribution, or Retail sectors, understanding their specific pain points and supply chain complexities.
- Experience working in high-velocity, fast-moving sales environments with shorter, punchy sales cycles.
- Exceptional communication skills and the "natural curiosity" required to uncover hidden business challenges.
