HR Administrator - Temp We're working with a high-velocity logistics and supply chain powerhouse on this exciting opportunity. Are you a proactive HR professional ready to dive into a fast-paced operational environment? We are looking for an HR Administrator to join a busy warehouse operation, leveraging HRIS tools and Microsoft Office to keep a large-scale workforce moving. This is an immediate-start role where your attention to detail in compliance and payroll preparation will directly impact organizational success. The Role
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring all new starters are seamlessly integrated into HR systems and operational workflows.
- Execute critical compliance tasks, including rigorous Right to Work (RTW) checks and maintaining digital employee files for audit readiness.
- Drive data accuracy in payroll preparation by collating complex datasets involving hours worked, pay adjustments, and personal records.
- Generate actionable HR metrics and reports using Excel and internal systems, specifically focusing on attendance, lateness, and attrition data.
- Orchestrate training administration and offboarding workflows, ensuring the HRIS is updated in real-time to reflect the current workforce status.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in HR Administration, HR Support, or as an HR Coordinator within a fast-moving industrial or corporate setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data reporting) and hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms.
- Sharp attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume compliance documentation and Right to Work checks accurately.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a warehouse-based operational environment.
- Immediate availability to start a temporary contract with a high potential for conversion to a permanent career path.
