This is a chance for a creative marketer to take ownership of a brand's narrative, driving growth through strategic content and high-stakes bid support. You will work directly alongside the Marketing Lead to elevate the firm's presence across the UK market. We are looking for a storyteller who can translate complex construction projects into compelling case studies and social media campaigns that win business. The Role

• Craft high-impact case studies and marketing literature that showcase the firm’s technical excellence.
• Manage and execute the social media strategy across LinkedIn and other professional channels to drive engagement.
• Support the business development team by developing persuasive content for frameworks, bids, and tender opportunities.
• Conduct deep-dive market research on competitors and industry trends to inform high-level marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and administrative channels.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of experience in a professional marketing role, ideally within construction, engineering, or professional services.
• Proven track record of creating engaging professional content and managing corporate social media accounts.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon for a wider audience.
• Advanced IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing design tools.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders on marketing best practices.
