We're looking for an Innovation Marketing Manager to join a leading snack food manufacturer, known for its beloved brands and innovative product development. This role offers the chance to grow your skills and be part of a dynamic, snack-loving team dedicated to creating exciting new products.

The Role

• Identify and develop consumer-led propositions for category growth and commercial value

• Lead the end-to-end innovation process from idea generation through to Stage Gate

• Create compelling concepts for research and consumer testing, translating insights into actionable product ideas

• Build robust business cases for new product development, including financial modelling and risk assessment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, R&I, Product Development, and Commercial teams

• Influence senior stakeholders and secure buy-in for innovation proposals, presenting clear and persuasive recommendations

What You'll Need

• Significant experience in FMCG innovation or marketing, ideally within the food industry

• Proven track record of launching successful, insight-led products that deliver commercial results

• Strong understanding of consumer research, category dynamics, and brand growth strategies

• Experience managing complex projects through Stage Gate processes

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders

• Strong financial acumen and ability to build commercially sound business cases
