Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to drive the quotation and tendering process for high-spec ROV systems, bridging the gap between complex engineering requirements and successful project delivery. The Role

• Lead the end-to-end quotation process for complex ROV sales and rental equipment, ensuring technical accuracy and commercial viability.
• Translate technical RFQs and engineering drawings into detailed project costings and high-impact commercial proposals.
• Act as a key technical liaison between Engineering, Operations, and external suppliers to secure competitive pricing for third-party components.
• Develop comprehensive technical work packs for equipment builds, maintenance cycles, and offshore mobilisations.
• Maintain rigorous documentation standards, including certification, HSEQ compliance, and operational tracking for subsea projects.

What You'll Need

• Deep technical knowledge of ROV systems, subsea intervention, or offshore engineering environments.
• Proven track record in Tendering, Quotations, or Technical Sales Coordination within an engineering sector.
• Proficiency in interpreting complex technical documentation, including 3D models, schematics, and engineering blueprints.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-value bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with workshop teams, project managers, and global offshore clients.
