Role - Business Development Manager

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager located in Ansty with some work from home acceptable. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring satisfaction with our products. Daily tasks include pursuing sales opportunities, conducting market research, and coordinating with production and marketing teams. The role will also require developing strategies to increase sales, attending industry events, and presenting products to potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have worked as an AM for another good English producer or a Wine Distributor. This role has a good base salary and uncapped commission, and is aimed at a strong, driven Business Development Manager.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
  • Sales Strategies and Market Research experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Coordination with marketing and production teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Experience in the wine industry is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
