HR Advisor – SwanseaUp to £36,000 + benefits + CIPD support

Hoop PS & HR are delighted to be supporting a market-leading organisation within the manufacturing sector, currently going through an exciting period of growth. Our client is seeking an ambitious HR professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and develop into a seasoned HR Advisor.

This is a full-time, permanent, site-based role in Swansea (Monday–Friday). It’s a fantastic opportunity to gain broad exposure across the full HR function while working alongside a collaborative and experienced team in a business that truly values and invests in its people.

As HR Advisor, you’ll receive:

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing advice and administrative support.
• Support managers with employee relations issues including performance, absence, disciplinary, and grievance cases.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR and audit requirements.
• Prepare and deliver HR documentation, ensuring effective record-keeping.
• Support and deliver employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Produce HR reports and track key metrics such as absence and turnover.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards in employee relations and site culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Up to 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources role.
• A solid understanding of HR processes and employment law.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
