H&P Executive Search is a leading executive search firm with a passion for connecting people, based in the heart of the City of London. Since our inception in 2019, we have had tremendous success in growing by 50% each year, with our exceptional team of consultants providing expert advice across the Legal, Technology & Financial Services sectors.

Why now is the best time

With most of our business taking place overseas either in mainland Europe or the US we are quickly looking to expand our coverage. Our first international office is on the horizon later this year in Miami. This exciting next step will require a large investment from the marketing function to help bring brand presence up in the region.

Later this year we will also be segmenting our brands into 3 individual businesses so that we can further distinguish ourselves as market specialists within the aforementioned areas, this brings with it an excellent opportunity for someone to run 3 distinct branding projects whilst keeping uniformity across the centralised brand.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will sit in the HQ team of the business building brand awareness, driving sales, internal applications and our external PR strategy.

Your role will involve –

  • Leading the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing portfolio, encompassing SEO, blog content, website copy, and social media strategy.
  • Plan, write, and design engaging visual and written content for multi-channel marketing campaigns across print and digital platforms.
  • Conduct post-campaign performance analysis and reporting to demonstrate ROI and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the social media content calendar and publishing schedule, ensuring timely delivery of targeted, relevant, and brand-aligned campaigns.
  • Develop and produce high-quality video content and thought leadership assets to elevate brand positioning and support strategic communications.
  • Manage corporate photography and maintain the careers section of the company website (WordPress), ensuring timely updates to reflect current vacancies and branding.
  • Design, maintain, and oversee the production of external marketing materials, including brochures, client proposals, and branded collateral.
  • Drive the execution of internal initiatives related to Charity, ESG, and DEI aligning them with brand values and business goals.
  • Create impactful internal presentations to support executive communications and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead company-wide rebranding initiatives across various business units, including the ideation and design of logos, slogans, and cohesive visual identities.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads to amplify key announcements and corporate messaging.
  • Proactively identify and implement strategic initiatives that drive brand visibility, operational efficiency, and market growth.
  • Drive lead and sales generation through outbound marketing

We are looking for –

We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven senior marketing professional with a proven track record in leading multi-channel marketing strategies within fast-paced, high-growth environments. The ideal candidate is both a creative thinker and a strategic executor, capable of owning complex projects from concept through to delivery while aligning closely with business goals and brand values.

You should have:

  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, including SEO, content strategy, social media management, and website optimization (preferably WordPress).
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling campaigns across print and digital channels.
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance, report on ROI, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-impact marketing collateral, video content, and thought leadership materials.
  • A strategic mindset with hands-on experience leading branding and rebranding initiatives across multiple business units.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Experience creating and delivering high-quality internal communications and executive-level presentations.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach to team and stakeholder engagement
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
