Sage X3 Business Analyst/Project Lead – Make‑to‑Order Manufacturing

The role blends system functional expertise, business analysis, operational understanding and project experience to ensure that identified change projects are delivered on time, and on budget.

Skills & ExperienceEssential

• Significant hands‑on Sage X3 experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of make‑to‑order or engineer‑to‑order processes.
• Good experience of MPS, MRP, and underlying master data.
• Proven business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design.
• Ability to write clear functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Confident delivering training and supporting users at all levels.

Desirable

• Experience with advanced shop‑floor data capture solutions.
• Familiarity with SEI, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
• Knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence methodologies.
