Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Internal Sales Executive position based in Cardiff. The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and presenting customized communication solutions to potential customers B2B. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, collaboration with other departments, understanding customer needs, preparing proposals, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and installation process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales skills, including cold calling, prospecting, lead generation, and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of phone systems, internet IP solutions, and broadband services is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and computer applications.
  • A customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to present tailored solutions.
  • Experience in a related field, such as telecommunications or technology, is a plus.
