  • Utilize analytical skills to support the business in understanding customers.
  • Champion analytics, improving data maturity and literacy within the team and among data users, ensuring data use meets ethical and legal standards.
  • Identify opportunities for analytical insight, highlighting areas requiring action to resolve performance issues or enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with top leadership in shaping their domains from a data perspective, providing strategic thought leadership and exploring future technologies.
  • Contribute to and challenge business priorities at a high level, using data to support objective opinions and drive decisions.
  • Support and coach team development through frameworks like development plans and career guidance.

Successful Candidates Will:

  • Be comfortable leading a team of analysts to deliver data-driven change, helping them connect their work to the broader business strategy and investing in their technical skills.
  • Be passionate about partnering with senior leaders to drive better decisions, delivering analytics to inform key business strategies.

  • Lead prioritization discussions with senior leaders, creating business cases for large projects and effectively managing capacity for functional priorities.
  • Master key technical skills, optimize SQL query performance, provide troubleshooting support, and produce clear, storytelling visualizations.
