Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Ledger Clerk at JAMES JAMIESON CONSTRUCTION LIMITED in our Ellon office.
The Purchase Ledger Clerk - The role
> responsible for raising purchase orders, matching delivery notes and invoices.
> Monthly reconciliation of statements, chasing copies of any missing invoices.
> Collaborate with other team members to clarify any purchasing / invoice queries.
> Analyzing purchase invoices to ensure validity
> Management of phone calls and emails
The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accurate and efficient financial record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Purchase Ledgers and Purchase Orders
- Proficiency in financial record-keeping and bookkeeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Knowledge of Sage & Microsoft Office is essential
