Reinsurance Purchasing Manager, London We're working with a well-regarded global (re)insurer on the appointment of an experienced Reinsurance Purchasing Manager to support the design, negotiation, and placement of reinsurance arrangements across multiple product lines. This is a varied and visible role that bridges technical insight, relationship management, and strategic planning. What You'll Be Doing:

• Understanding the business' evolving reinsurance requirements, ensuring purchasing strategy remains fit for purpose.
• Developing renewal documentation and supporting marketing materials
• Building effective working relationships with brokers and reinsurers to secure optimal outcomes.
• Monitoring spend and contributing to forecasting and budgetary planning.
• Preparing reports and updates for senior stakeholders and committees.

What We're Looking For:

• Solid grounding in reinsurance, with experience in placement or broking.
• Confident communicator who builds trust with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
