The Role To deliver 3t’ approved suite of courses within the given technical subject area at 3t training centres in a consistent, professional way which reflects 3t’ business integrity and culture. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To deliver courses as required in line with 3t and accrediting body requirements
  • To support customers during course delivery as appropriate
  • To obtain positive customer feedback following course completion in line with KPIs
  • To participate in standardisation and continuing professional development events as required
  • To provide support to trainee and existing Instructor/Assessors as appropriate
  • To support department growth through technical input to new courses, training standards, customer meetings and the continual improvement of existing courses.
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment.
  • Apply 3t and where appropriate Client’s HSE Policies and Procedures.
  • Ensure that all 3t quality and operational procedures are always adhered to.
  • Maintain and embrace ownership of departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications Preferred.

  • Medical Practitioner, General Nurse or Paramedic certification
  • Valid HSE or SQA First Aid certificate
  • Industry recognised Assessor qualification
  • Level 3 Teaching Qualification
  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • Frec 3 / 4
  • Mental Health First Aid

Advantageous.

  • Previous knowledge and experience of offshore ERRV crew working conditions and have a knowledge and understanding of prehospital care.

Courses initially required to deliver:

  • HSE Offshore First Aid
  • ITC Level 3 First Aid at Work
  • ITC Emergency First Aid at Work
  • ITC Mental Health First Aid
  • GWO Enhanced First Aid (Refresher)
  • GWO First Aid
  • Advanced Medical Aid
  • Other related short courses as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year #Jobster
