You'll work closely with our Social Media Marketing team and senior managers on challenging, interesting, and exciting projects. We expect high-quality coding and designs delivered quickly and efficiently, always adhering to best practices. Key Responsibilities will include:

• Architecting & Developing: Taking ownership of the development and maintenance of our diverse portfolio of websites and web applications.
• Crafting User Experiences: Designing and implementing intuitive, striking, and first-rate site layouts with a strong focus on user experience.
• Responsive Design Mastery: Producing fully responsive sites that look incredible on any device, utilizing media queries and modern front-end techniques.
• Platform Enhancement: Proactively enhancing and improving the company’s core digital platforms and underlying infrastructure.
• Feature Innovation: Designing and implementing exciting new features and functionalities from concept to deployment.
• Technical Specification: Developing clear and concise technical specifications to guide development.

Your Technical Arsenal & Expertise: To truly excel in this role, you’ll bring a robust technical background and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. We're looking for someone with 2+ years of professional development experience and a proven track record of delivering successful web projects. Essential Technical Skills:

• PHP Mastery: Extensive experience with PHP, including strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, clean code, and design patterns.
• Database Prowess: Solid understanding and practical experience with MySQL, including database design, optimization, and query writing.
• Front-End Fluency: Expert-level command of HTML5, CSS3 (Tailwind) and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Development & Design: A strong portfolio demonstrating both web development and design capabilities.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues effectively.

Highly Beneficial Skills & Knowledge:

• Laravel Expertise: Significant experience with the Laravel framework (MVC pattern). This is a strong advantage and will be highly valued.
• Modern JavaScript Frameworks: Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js
• CMS Platforms: Experience with general CMS platforms such as WordPress or Joomla, including custom theme/plugin development.
• DevOps & Tooling: Experience with version control (Git), command-line tools, and deployment pipelines.
• phpMyAdmin: Familiarity with phpMyAdmin for database management.
