Operations Assistant

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Operations Assistant. This role is central to the smooth running of our property management and lettings departments. This is a permenant, full-time position and the salary we are offering is £24,500.Let's talk about the role. It involves:

• Audit physical and digital files for Landlords, Tenants, and Properties to include regulatory compliance requirements.
• Draft, proofread, and send professional correspondence, including emails and letters.
• Process and manage invoices, payments, and financial records related to properties where required.
• Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures to streamline workflows.
• Provide support to senior management and directors with ad-hoc projects and tasks.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion with all company information.

• Proven experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within the property sector.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems.
• A basic understanding of property management software is a plus.
