What You Will Do You will be managing a team of agents these are people who have partnered with ADT but not directly employed by them. How You Will Do It
- You will be responsible for the whole team to hit their sales number via effective coaching and field accompaniments.
- You will be communicating with stakeholders around the business to develop interdepartmental relationships that will not only benefit the sales team but the business.
- Sales reporting to your manager and updates on sales progress.
- Using incentives and rewards to drive sales and hit the required sales numbers.
- Introducing new ideas on how the team can grow Self-Generated sales.
- Attending engineer huddles and meetings to grow collaboration
- Training the agents staff on evolve, salesforce, products and sales.
- Grow and increase sales month on month – year on year
EssentialWhat we look for
- Need to be targets focused and have a strong winning mentality
- Very passionate and interested in technology
- Extensive experience in managing successful customer relationships
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and able to deal with people at all levels both in and outside the business
- Happy to stay away as this is a UK based role with travel
Preferred
- Experience within B2C or BCB fire & security market
