About the Role: An experienced heating engineer is required to carry out maintenance, repair, and installation of heating systems in both residential and commercial properties. The role involves delivering excellent customer service while representing the company professionally and ensuring the safety and efficiency of heating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive boiler servicing, repairs, and installations

• Maintain and repair heating systems across various settings

• Work independently and collaboratively to resolve issues efficiently

• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and enhance company reputation

Requirements:

• Valid full driving licence

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Gas Engineer

• Essential CCN1 certification; CENWAT CKR1 HTR preferred

• Proven ability to install, repair, and diagnose all makes of gas fires, boilers, and cookers

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong time management and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team

• CSCS card required

• Right to work in the United Kingdom

• Fluent English
