Head of Assurance, Monitoring and Business Management

***REGIONAL HEAD OF COMPLIANCE ASSURANCE & GOVERNANCE*** A leading global investment bank are looking for an experienced assurance and surveillance professional to provide regional coverage across the UK, Switzerland and the EU. Working in the London team, the successful candidate will lead the development and management of the regional UK/EU Compliance Assurance function.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Head of Compliance Assurance

• Developing a Compliance Assurance Programme to ensure compliance with the UIK/EU regulations
• Undertaking assurance reviews across the region
• Leading investigations and developing/executing regional market/trade surveillance
• Assisting with financial crime risk management and managing global projects.
• Managing and mentoring a small team.

You will be collaborative and able to work with senior stakeholders. Salary: Up to £140K plus bonus and benefits. Hybrid working - 3 days in the office/2 days working from home.
