Role: Production Print Service Technician

Location: Field Based - South East. Postcodes: AL, CB (Except CB6-7), CM, CO, E, HA, IG, All IP (except IP24-28), LU, MK, N, NW, RM, SL, SG, SS, UB & WD

Package: £32,000 - £36,000 + 10% bonus and company car

We are seeking a Production Print Service Technician to join our team at Konica Minolta!As a Production Print Service Technician at Konica Minolta, you will be the face of Konica Minolta on customer sites, delivering expert technical support and ensuring our production print solutions operate at peak performance. In this hands-on role, you'll diagnose and resolve technical faults, perform installations and networking of Multi-Function Devices, and provide customers with insightful training to maximize their equipment's potential.Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate with a dynamic service team to meet key performance targets and SLAs, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. Your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and commitment to exceptional service will be instrumental in maintaining Konica Minolta's reputation for excellence.You'll stay ahead of the latest industry advancements with ongoing training, including hands-on, computer-based, and overnight residential courses when required. Additionally, you'll effectively use technology tools such as tablets and laptops to drive continuous improvements in service delivery.What you can expect from our hiring process?Stage 1
