We're strengthening our team in South Wales and the West and need a Senior Health & Safety Manager to lead the delivery of major projects and champion our innovative Rethinking Safety Through Inclusion and Wellbeing programme. What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire health, safety, and environmental excellence across the Margam Substation Project.
• Coach and mentor operational teams to embed inclusive safety practices.
• Challenge the status quo—move away from bureaucracy and towards meaningful engagement.
• Drive innovation and adopt cutting-edge safety solutions.
• Influence leadership and act as a trusted advisor for compliance and cultural change.

What We're Looking For

• Level 6 qualification minimum + membership of a relevant professional body.
• Strong technical knowledge in occupational health, environmental, and safety risk management.
• Exceptional coaching, influencing, and communication skills.
• A positive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
