About the Role
As a Compliance Administrator, you’ll be an integral part of their compliance team, ensuring all candidates meet the regulatory and internal requirements needed to work within the education sector. Your work will be essential in upholding industry standards while helping to deliver a seamless and efficient recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all candidates meet required standards
- Follow established processes to maintain full regulatory and industry compliance
- Support and guide candidates throughout the onboarding and recruitment journey
- Carry out compliance checks including right-to-work, DBS, references, and employment history
- Accurately maintain and update candidate records
- Organise, review, and verify all relevant documentation
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external queries
About You
