Associate Consultant - Graduate Programme

Leadenhall Search & Selection are currently recruiting Associate Consultants to join our February 2026 graduate scheme! We are a boutique recruitment consultancy based in London, focusing on Consulting, Accounting & Finance, Data & Technology, and Legal recruitment. Currently 30 employees, we operate in the UK, US, Canada, and Europe. This is a great opportunity for graduates looking to start their recruitment career in London, with a company going through an exciting period of growth.

The Role

· Identifying, attracting, and onboarding candidates and clients we are not currently engaged with

· Manage candidates through the recruitment process

· Working with your manager to manage candidates through the whole interview process and close deals

· Hit deal targets

· Working with large scale global clients, and generate client leads

· You will need to be able to work in a fast pace, target driven environment

The Person

· Excellent verbal, and written communication skills

· Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment

· Results driven, with a natural drive, enthusiasm, and motivation
