About The Role We are seeking ambitious individuals with 4–8 years of strategy consulting experience to join the growing Consumer Sector team in our London office. This is an opportunity to help lead and deliver high-impact strategy and transaction support engagements for a broad range of consumer clients. You'll be part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial team that works with some of the most recognisable and innovative consumer brands in the world. You will work closely with senior leadership and client teams to frame strategic and commercial questions, design and execute complex analyses, develop insights focused on consumer behaviours and commercial models, and communicate recommendations in a clear and impactful manner. You’ll also have the opportunity to help shape the direction of the Consumer practice through business development, team mentorship, and participation in our office community and events. Consumer Subsectors We Cover We support clients across a wide spectrum of consumer-focused categories, including:

  • Retail – General and specialist retail, online marketplaces, e-commerce, and omnichannel distribution
  • Food & Beverage – Packaged FMCG, agriculture, ingredients, and hospitality/food service
  • Home – Furniture, appliances, home improvement
  • Health & Beauty – Skincare, cosmetics, personal care, vitamins and supplements, fitness, and wellbeing products/services
  • Travel & Leisure – Tour operators, OTAs, attractions, site-based leisure, and competitive socialising
  • Media & Entertainment – Broadcasting/sports rights, streaming, gaming, publishing/content distribution, and telecoms/satellite connectivity
  • Clothing & Apparel – Fashion, footwear, and accessories

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience – 4–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, across growth strategy, business strategy, commercial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side), and commercial excellence
  • Analytical Skills – Proven ability to structure problems, conduct robust analysis, and derive insights from complex data
  • Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing high-quality, client-ready materials
  • Leadership – Capability to lead workstreams independently, and to manage and coach junior team members
  • Project Management – Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering challenging projects
  • Industry Passion – A genuine interest in consumer trends, evolving behaviours, and brand strategy
