You will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the group, producing management accounts, overseeing cash flow, and supporting automation initiatives that enhance financial efficiency and accuracy. Working closely with the Head of Finance and other senior stakeholders, you will play a key part in integrating technology into our financial processes and shaping data-driven business decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end operational finance operations for the group companies
• Responsible for producing operational financial reporting for external investors and internal stakeholders
• Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Oversee cash flow, reconciliations, and balance sheet accuracy.
• Support automation and AI-driven financial tools to streamline reporting and analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and external partners.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business goals.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and internal financial requirements.

About You

• Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Excellent MS-Excel and analytical skills
• Good understanding of identifying opportunities for process automation to boost efficiency and effectiveness
• Strong experience in financial reporting, analysis, and operational finance.
• Highly organised with a hands-on approach and a passion for improving financial processes.
• Comfortable working across multiple businesses and adapting to evolving priorities.
• A problem solver who embraces innovation and continuous improvement.
