Accounts Assistant

Jaguar Landrover West LondonSalary: Up To £31,500 per annum (depending on experience) Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5pm The Accounts Assistant is the backbone of any finance department. You will be required to use your knowledge and skills previously gained in an Accounts department to help and support the whole team whilst also effectively working alongside the Dealership Accountant to ensure accurate and timely financial results are driven. You will be completing the following tasks:

• Estimates
• Forecasts
• Assist with the production of the Management Accounts
• Payroll
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Accruals and Prepayments
• Cash Flow
• Reconciling Manufacturer Bonuses
• Credit Control

You will be a hardworking Accounts Assistant with previous knowledge of Kerridge/ADP or similar systems. Motor trade experience would be advantageous although not essential. We are also open to quick learners who are looking to start their career in accounts as we are always looking for fresh new talent. Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic and a positive mental attitude is what is needed to succeed in this position.
