The role will entail:

🤝 Client Relationship Management

📈 Account Development

💡 Strategic Advisory

✅ Service Coordination & Delivery

📝 Design Statements of Work (SOWs)

Key requirements

💼 5+ years in Client/Customer Success - digital services

🏆 Proven strategic account growth & satisfaction

💰 Solid commercial acumen - business cases

🧩 Ability to solve business challenges with tech

🏛️ Government/Public sector experience a plus
