• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and drink recipes
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
