Aligned to our growth strategy, M+C Saatchi is looking for a skilled, London-based Project Manager with experience leading and delivering seamless M&A integrations within the global network. About The Role The Project Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions Integration, will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and governing integration activity across a range of operational workstreams. This includes, but is not limited to, property and facilities, IT, human resources, legal and governance and compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with global and regional functional leads, acquired company workstream leads, and where required external partners to ensure efficient, compliant and culturally sensitive integration that sets the business up for productive long term relationships. What you'll do: Integration Planning & Execution

  • Develop and maintain detailed integration project plans, timelines, and status reports
  • Coordinate and monitor integration across functional workstreams (e.g., People, IT, Property, Legal, Finance, Governance, etc.)
  • Track and manage dependencies and risks across workstreams

Governance & Reporting

  • Implement appropriate governance structures, processes, and documentation standards for each integration.
  • Report progress to executive leadership and escalate risks or decisions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and integration best practices

Change Management & Communication

  • Support change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and structures
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, managing expectations throughout
  • Define communications plans and support with communication delivery across the relevant business teams

Post-Integration Review

  • Conduct post-integration assessments to identify lessons learned and recommend process improvements for future integrations

About YouYou’ll bring with you (experience and qualifications):

  • Seasoned Project Manager with M&A Integration experience
  • Strong understanding of corporate acquisitions, particularly, within marketing services would be beneficial
  • Experience coordinating operational workstreams including property, IT, HR, legal, and governance
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-geography projects with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Change manager with stakeholder engagement, able to navigate diverse cultural contexts and clear and professional communication skills.

You’re good at:

  • Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to influence without authority.
  • Driving pragmatic solutions that meet business requirements
  • Leading and delivering successful change and contributing to cultural integration
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar).
